Who are we?
We are Wooster’s Bakery, a company registered in England and Wales under number 10849313, who’s registered office is 3 Thistledown Drive, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP31 2NH. Our trading address is Unit 1, Home Farm, Thetford Road, Riddlesworth, Diss, Norfolk IP22 2TD.
ORDERING FROM OUR WEBSITE
All of the products that are offered on our website are subject to availability
You can place orders for collection from our shop or the various markets that we trade from by using the orders page on the website. We will always endeavour to meet your order but cannot guarantee to do so if circumstances beyond our control intervene. Please bear in mind that many of our breads start their life three days ahead of baking so allow as much notice as possible if you want to order more than a couple of loaves. We will always try to contact you if products are unavailable.
Our Malt Loaves are available by mail order by completing the mail order form on this website. For payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can check out as a guest on the PayPal page and use a debit or credit card instead. PayPal is a secure and independent website and Wooster’s Bakery does not have access to any card payment details.
We use royal mail first class signed for which means we can post to UK mainland including Highlands and Islands, Scilly isles and Isle of Mann.
We try to despatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it. Whilst we use first class post, delivery for arrival on any specific date is out of our hands and cannot be guaranteed. A signature will be required from the recipient as proof of delivery.

REfunds and cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible and we will refund your money unless it’s already been dispatched. As we endeavour to dispatch goods within 48 hours we may have already posted your order in which case cancelation is not possible and a refund will not be given.
If we are unable to process your order due to availability or other factor within our control, we will let you know and refund your money. We will not be responsible for failed deliveries where the delivery information provided is incorrect or if the product is refused on delivery unless the goods are damaged on arrival. In the event of the latter, please get in touch and let us know.
In the event of any problem with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We may ask for the product to be returned so, if there is a problem, please do not dispose of the product before you have contacted us.
The personal information that you provide us with is used solely and exclusively to process and post your order. It is not divulged to any third party or used for any marketing or analytical purposes, even by us. We will use the contact information that you provide us with to communicate with you regarding your order and the recipient’s name and address to deliver the goods.
